    Williams Chirinos

    Williams Chirinos, MSc, PEng, PMP, is president of Inexertus, Inc. an international project management consulting firm that provides software applications, training and consulting services to implement an effective integrated project planning and execution methodology. He has 20+ years of project management accomplishments in planning and execution of complex projects in the Oil and Gas industry and EPCM environments. 


    He obtained his Industrial Engineering degree in Venezuela and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the United States. 


    He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holder and an active PMI member since 2006. He serves as an associate editor for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) - Production and Operations.
